The spacious accommodations offered a well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for self-catering. Kristina's warmth and attentiveness enhanced the experience, particularly her insights on local attractions. Breakfast with home-made jams added a good touch to mornings. There were instances of street noise that disrupted sleep, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues arose intermittently, especially in higher rooms. There's no dedicated dining area, which would be beneficial for larger families.

Kristina waited for us to check in late and welcomed us to Prague with a beer! There was always a friendly face to meet us when we came back after a long day of sight seeing and the breakfast was great!

Christina and Gaston were extremely welcoming! They emailed me to offer me pick-up service from the airport, which I accepted (for a reasonable fee). Christina greeted us at the airport personally, then treated us to a "welcome snack and drink" upon arrival at the hotel (much needed as we were so exhausted from traveling). The apartment was spacious and included: double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen with livingroom area. It was immaculately clean.
The curtains in the bedroom weren't heavy enough, so mornings were very bright in the room. Also, there were a number of large recylcing/trash bins outside of our 3rd floor room that were emptied by trucks every morning, which woke us up. The towels, although clean, were of poor quality. The bedsheets and blankets, although clean, were of poor quality - very bumpy and rough; which irritated and itched my skin.

Really good hospitality stood out , with the host offering personalized city tips and delicious local seafood at breakfast. The accommodations featured a well-equipped kitchenette, made self-catering easy. There was noticeable street noise at times, and Wi-Fi connection issues arose, particularly on the upper floors. Some bathroom fittings could use an update for better functionality.

Had perfect 10/10 stay in February, the staff were amicable, location was magnificent to the centre in less than half a hour. Location: the hotel was really close to public transport and metro stops, supermarkets and restaurants. We had goodies and coffee at Jarda Mayer, it was located around 4-6 minutes walk from the venue.

The staff was just superb. Cristina contacted me as soon as the reservations were made to note that they would not be at the hotel since we were arriving quite late. They made arrangements for a taxi to pick us up at the train station, take us to the hotel and make sure we could get into our room and that all was well. The next morning, we were given terrific instructions about public transportation, which made the stay very easy. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and again, Cristina was gracious and fun. The apartment was large, basic and comfortable.
It would have been nice to have access to the computer with internet other than hours when staff was at the hotel - about 8 - 8.
